Three lettings totalling over 90,000sq ft of space at a Merseyside business park have been completed.
Logistics supplier Wincanton, global water supplier Waterlogic, and New Age Group will take space at Haydock Industrial Estate - at Boston Park, Withins Road and Link 580, Haydock Cross respectively.
They have let buildings owned by logistics real estate firm Mileway, with JLL and B8RE joint agents on the scheme.
Robert Kos, a director in JLL North West’s industrial and logistics team, said: “The market remains very strong in the North West, as demonstrated by this tranche of high-quality lettings.
“The sector has continued to perform well despite the challenges presented by Covid and Brexit, and we’re confident that it will thrive as we move out of the pandemic.”
The news follows the successful letting of 53,000sq ft across two units in Q4 of 2020 on Boston Park.
