Nottingham Forest youngster Tyrese Fornah is reportedly likely to leave the club on loan this month.
The highly-rated midfielder made his first-team debut for the Reds appearing as a substitute in their FA Cup third round loss at Chelsea earlier this month.
According to The Athletic, the 20-year-old is likely to leave Trentside on a temporary deal this month, with a host of clubs vying for his signature.
League Two trio Crewe Alexandra, Mansfield Town and Macclesfield Town have been credited with an interest, with the report claiming the latter is Fornah’s most likely destination.
Fornah committed his long-term future with the Reds in December by signing a new contract which will keep him at the City Ground until the summer of 2022.
After joining the club in 2018, he has since become a key man in the Under-23s side, and is a combative and athletic central midfielder in the mould of Samba Sow.
Fornah is among a clutch of highly rated players in the Nigel Doughty Academy as the Reds look to continue to bring players through into the first team.
