Police have arrested six people following the crowd violence during a match between West Ham United and Chelsea.
Three of those detained have been charged and will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court in November.
James Colin Smith, 36, has been charged with common assault, assault on police and possession of class A drugs. Nicholas Greenway, 51, has been charged with threatening behaviour and Michael Parker, 27, has been charged with throwing missiles.
Three others, who remain unnamed, were also arrested. A 27-year-old man was detained on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly, a 25-year-old man for suspicious of threatening behaviour and a 40-year-old man on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and threatening behaviour.
In the final minutes of Wednesday's game between the London rivals, clashes broke out between fans situated in the Sir Trevor Brooking end of the stadium as police and stewards battled to maintain segregation.
Seats and coins were thrown by supporters and one Chelsea fan reportedly collapsed after being hit with a missile.
West Ham United said official were finalising the identification of around 200 to be given match bans for their behaviour as club officials look through CCTV footage from the state-of-the-art Panomera system to identify culprits.
