Two Bristol men wanted by police after Kill the Bill riot

Police have released images of two men wanted in connection with the Kill the Bill riot in Bristol on March 21.

Detectives leading the inquiry want to talk to Benjamin Broadribb and Jacob Threlfall.

The men are among a number of people police want to identify after the protest against the Police and Crime Bill turned ugly. More than 70 people have already been arrested and four people have been jailed after the disorder.

Both men are in their twenties and likely to be in Bristol.

Avon and Somerset Police say Broadribb is likely to be in the city although he also has links to Glastonbury and Southampton.

He’s white, tall, of slim build and has long wavy brown hair.

Threlfall is 5ft 5ins tall, of medium build with medium length hair. He is thought to speak with a Welsh accent.

A police statement read: "Police are urging anyone who know where the men might be to call 101 and tell the call handler you’re phoning in relation to Operation Harley."
