
Three teenage boys are in a serious condition in hospital after a series of apparently linked stabbings in Melbourne's west.
Emergency services were called to the incidents around Melton about 8.30pm on Sunday.
A 15-year-old Melton boy was hospitalised with a suspected stab wound to his stomach after an incident in Melton West.
He is in a serious but not life-threatening condition.
A 15-year-old from Kurunjang and a 17-year-old from St Albans were also stabbed in the stomach during an altercation in Melton South.
They too were taken to hospital in a serious but not life-threatening condition.
Police believe the two incidents are linked.
