Three Arsenal players made the Europa League's Team of the Week following their exploits in Thursday's 3-0 win at Eintracht Frankfurt .
The Gunners got their European campaign off to the perfect start with their victory in Germany, which came courtesy of goals from Joe Willock, Bukayo Saka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Teenager Saka's strike was his first senior goal, and he was rewarded with a spot in UEFA's official team of the first round of group stage fixtures.
Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez and defender Calum Chambers also made the team as they helped Unai Emery's side record their first clean sheet since the 1-0 win at Newcastle on the opening weekend of the season.
Manchester United's Axel Tuanzebe also made the team for his display in the 1-0 win over Astana at Old Trafford, which arrived courtesy of a goal from Mason Greenwood.
Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown sang Saka's praises after his display for the Gunners, and said that his performance was better than that of £72million summer signing Nicolas Pepe, who came on as a substitute after an hour.
"They toil away, trying to get young players in and they’ve found one in Saka," Keown told BT Sport when speaking about Arsenal's performance.
"You think of the way Pepe is playing at the minute, they paid £72million for him and this kid looked better than him tonight.
"By the way, [Joe] Willock as well, he’s got his reward, this has been a breakthrough moment for him. He got a little bit lucky, but that’s all 100% the academy, that first goal for Arsenal .
"When Saka gets the ball [for the second goal], it shows composure, he’s passing it into the goal, it’s a beautiful finish. To think he’s 18 years of age."
