Three arrests following collision in West Belfast involving suspected stolen car

Three men have been arrested after a suspected stolen car was involved in a collision in West Belfast.

Officers investigating the theft of a stolen car in South Belfast made the arrests following a collision between two vehicles on the Falls Road at the junction of Clonard Street at around 4pm today.

The three men arrested are aged 18, 19 and 24.

It is not known if anyone has suffered injuries in the crash.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police investigating the theft of a vehicle in south Belfast earlier today, have arrested three men aged 18, 19 and 24 following a road traffic collision on Clonard Road, Belfast.

"There are no further details at this stage."
