Three arrested over death of boy, 10, 'who was locked naked in attic and tortured'

Three people stand accused of causing the death of a young boy following 'four years of daily torture'.

They are spending Christmas behind bars after ten-year-old Takoda Collins was allegedly abused since he was six.

The youngster died earlier this month and the details of his torment have now been made public.

Al-Mutahan McLean and his fiancee Amanda Lee Hinze were arrested for allegedly abusing the man's son in Dayton, Ohio.

Jennifer Ebert is also in prison after reportedly saying nothing when she saw the abuse take place, it is claimed.

According to court documents, obtained by WHIO , the child was locked in a dirty attic naked and subjected to emotional and physical torture by his father.

Twisted McLean would be alerted "if Takoda was not doing what he was supposed to do", it is stated.

The abuse had been constant since 2015, the paper read.

Incredibly, a GoFundMe page was set up by the accused (Facebook)

A police interview with the suspects revealed "extreme abuse over an extended amount of time," according to an affidavit.

Little Takoda was found with "multiple cuts and bruises all over his body" after being taken to hospital. Doctors couldn't save him and cops then swooped.

McLean was arrested on seven charges including assault, child abuse, and endangering children.

Hinze and Ebert were both charged with endangering the lives of children.

Brazen Hinze - the fiancée of the dad - even set up a GoFundMe page for his deceased son on her Facebook page. It was removed soon after.

"I asked all my friends and family to please share this post I need all the help I can get," Hinze captioned the post last week before taking it down.
