Three men have been arrested after police launched a murder probe following the death of a man in north west London.

A body was found in the bin shed in Lovett Way, Neasden - half a mile from to Wembley stadium - on November 25.

A man, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene. He has not been formally identified but his next of kin have been informed.

The death was initially treated as unexplained but is now being investigated as murder, Scotland Yard said today.

They said that the man was not shot or stabbed, but would not reveal the cause of death “for operational reasons”.

A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder in Norfolk last month. A 48-year-old man was arrested in Cricklewood, north west London, also on suspicion of murder.

They were both bailed until late December.

A 47-year-old man was arrested in Lambeth last week on suspicion of assisting an offender. He has also been bailed.

Anyone with information is asked to call the incident room on 0208 358 0400 or police on 101 quoting CAD 1446/nov25. To remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
