Three arrested in connection with shooting of Hamid Sanambar in Coolock

Three men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man who was shot outside the home of a murder victim.

Hamid Sanambar, 41, was blasted to death outside the home of Sean Little on Kilbarron Avenue in Coolock on Tuesday, 28 May 2019.

Little, 22, and Jordan Davis, 24, died just hours apart the previous week.

Sanambar was originally from Iran but had been living in Ireland for several years.

The three men who have been arrested are all in their 20s and are being detained at garda stations across the city.

A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of a man (aged 40s) on Kilbarron Avenue, Coolock on the 28th May 2019, have arrested three men in north Co. Dublin, this morning, 15th November 2021.

"The three men, aged in their 20s, are currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at a number of Dublin garda stations."
