Cops have arrested three people after a man was hospitalised following an alleged disturbance in a Fife car park.
Police were called to the 'disturbance' at 3am on Saturday morning at the car park between Shetland Place and Orkney Place in Kirkcaldy.
A 45-year-old man was taken to hospital after the incident.
A probe was launched and now two women, aged 38 and 60 and a man, aged 57 have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
They are due to appear in court today.
A statement from Police Scotland Fife division read: "A 45-year-old man was taken to hospital following the incident.
"Following enquiries, two women, aged 38 and 60 and a man, aged 57 have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
"They are due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday, 9 August, 2021. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
