Three people have been arrested after armed police descended on a property in Fife .
Emergency service crews rushed to Kirktoun Street, Ballingry, after reports of a disturbance at around 4.30am on Wednesday.
A number of police cars, paramedics and fire crews were spotted by locals during the early hours of the morning.
Police Scotland have confirmed that two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Police Scotland can confirm that two men, aged 31 and 37, and a woman aged 39, have been arrested in connection with a disturbance on Kirktoun Gardens, Ballingry on Wednesday.”
