Thousands without internet as Vodafone services down across Ireland

Thousands of customers have been left without internet as Vodafone services are down across Ireland.

A spokesperson for the telecommunications giant said on Twitter they are "experiencing interruptions on some of our data services".

They added that Vodafone's technical teams are working to "resolve the issue as quickly as possible".

Some customers have complained of being unable to use the phoneline while others are having issues with their broadband and data services.
