If you're a parent, you'll probably appreciate how difficult it can be to get the little ones to drink water.
There's no denying that it can be a struggle at the best of times - no matter how hard you try.
But one Tesco shopper has found a brilliant product to help this mission, and now thousands of people are following suit.
Writing on Facebook, the Tesco customer shared a video and images of her water bottle which is filled with glitter inside. In the post she explained how she found it in store for £3 - £7 less than it is being sold for on Amazon.
Full of praise for the bottle, she wrote: "Some parents might find this beneficial to children who have an ASD or SPD, or general anxiety disorders and can have it on their desk without stares/questions and seek sensory comfort as well as serve the purpose of their water bottle."
Liverpool Echo reports how the post has since racked up thousands of likes and comments - with many parents keen to get their hands on one for themselves.
"Can you keep an eye out please xx" said one user.
Another added: ""Oh my gosh that’s amazing! I’ll have to keep a look out as I love sparkles xx"
Somebody else wrote: "Love this bottle , I think my son would love it in blue if they do different colours , thanks for sharing."
"When you go shopping on Tuesday can you see if they have any & pick me one up please?" asked somebody else as they tagged a friend.
