Heartbreaking messages from across the world have been sent as the search continues for a missing Scots woman who was last seen taking a selfie on top of Ben Nevis.
Devastated friends and family are among those hoping for the safe return of Sarah Buick, 24, who was last seen at 5am on Tuesday morning atop the UK's highest mountain.
There has been no trace of the experienced walker from Dundee since.

A Facebook post on Tuesday of her on top the 4,400 ft mountain with the caption 'Good morning from Ben Nevis!' appears to be the last contact from Sarah and fears are growing for the young woman.
Now messages of support have poured in, with people commenting under the picture urging her safe return.
One wrote: "Hope you are well and safe darling."
Jade Aird wrote: "Hoping and praying you are okay Sarah Buick. If anybody is in the area please keep an eye out!"

Christopher Evans wrote: "I have everything crossed that you are safe Sarah, such a lovely person."
Another added: "Thousand of people are praying, wishing and hopeful that you return home safe and well."
Searches are continuing for the missing woman today with online appeals shared as far as Australia.
Sarah walked to the summit from the Lower Falls area of Glen Nevis, to the South of Ben Nevis, but may have walked to other locations after her summit of Ben Nevis, or intended to return using a similar route to descend to Glen Nevis.
She is described as being around 5ft 3ins tall, of a slim build with long brown hair. At the time she went missing she was wearing a light green jacket and carrying an orange rucksack.
Inspector Nick Hough of Fort William Police Office said: “As time goes on we are becoming increasingly concerned for Sarah. She is an experienced walker and often makes trips alone, but it is very unlike her to be out of contact with friends and family for this length of time.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Ben Nevis or Glen Nevis area over the last 36 hours and has seen anything which may help our searches to please get in touch.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 2741 of 22 June.
A police spokeswoman added: "Enquiries are continuing to locate Sarah and the search will resume this morning."
