Thomas Tuchel let rip at Leeds sporting director Victor Orta during Chelsea's goalless draw at Elland Road.
Patrick Bamford went down during a passage of play during which the Blues were in possession.
Leeds players gestured for their opponents to put the ball out before their club chief appeared to follow suit from the stands.
Ben Chilwell kicked the ball out so that Bamford could receive treatment and the striker was taken off.
But Tuchel screamed at Orta from the dugout as he said: "Would you do it for our player?"
It was a frustrating afternoon for the German who saw his side open the door for their rivals.

Chelsea sit in fourth, but have played more games than the likes of West Ham and Everton.
The stalemate hands away the initiative, although the Toffees were beaten by Burnley.
Tuchel opted to start without a striker at Elland Road as Kai Havertz played in a false nine role.
The summer signing had the best of Chelsea's chances in Yorkshire, but was unable to take advantage.

Tuchel felt his side had enough opportunities and bemoaned the fact Havertz couldn't take his training form into the match.
He said: "Unfortunately he could not finish like he finishes in training and like his talent allows him to finish, because we had enough chances.
"But in general, this is a position where he feels comfortable and I trust him in this position.
"We have enough quality to use the chances better and to be more clinical.
"It is our responsibility, my responsibility to create more and to maybe have more big chances."
