There is now just under two weeks until the January transfer window opens for business.
Chelsea will certainly hope to add a couple of new faces to their ranks amid their current stuttering form in the Premier League.
However, that might not be the only business that the Blues conduct during the window.
Questions still remain over the respective futures of Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta, with their contracts ticking down until the end of the season.
With that being said, football.london takes a look at the latest rumours to come out of Stamford Bridge on Monday.

According to reports, Thomas Tuchel has made a personal plea to Chelsea ahead of the January transfer window.
After apparently losing patience with on-loan Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez, the German has requested that the Blues make a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves, who is currently valued at £38m by transfermarkt.
It remains to be seen whether that would be in January or in the summer due to the terms of the Spaniard’s loan but could be one to keep an eye on.

Despite both being out of contract at the end of the campaign, it appears that neither are set to join AC Milan.
The Italian giants are apparently scouring the market for replacements for the injured Simon Kjaer but a deal for either of the two Chelsea defenders appears too difficult to achieve.

One man who has been linked with a move to Chelsea as a potential replacement for Rudiger is Juventus’ Matthijs de Ligt.
If recent suggestions from his agent Mino Raiola are anything to go by, the Dutchman could be on the way out of Turin sooner rather than later.
He has suggested that de Ligt is ‘ready’ for the next step of his career which could hand the Blues considerable encouragement of pursuing a move.
