Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel might find himself with a problem in the summer transfer window.
That's because midfielder Jorginho could be set for a summer exit amid links with Napoli and former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri has been tipped to return to Napoli, and if he does, he could attempt to sign favourite Jorginho, and perhaps surprisingly, the midfielder could be open to leaving Chelsea.
That's according to Jorginho 's agent, who says a move away from Stamford Bridge cannot be ruled out, despite the midfielder playing regularly under Thomas Tuchel and having two years remaining on his current contract.
“Football is dynamic and nothing can be ruled out,” Jorhino’s agent Jorge Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“If Sarri returns to Napoli, he would make an attempt to take Jorginho back, he is perfect for his football, I can’t rule it out."
Santos added: “He has two years left in his contract and he is an Italy starter.
“However, with a good project, he would be open to coming back.”
Jorginho has played every minute of Tuchel's four Premier League games in charge of Chelsea so far, becoming an instant favourite of the German's having only started eight league games in the entirety of Frank Lampard's reign.
And the Italy international's departure could throw a spanner in the works of Tuchel's plans for the summer transfer window, highlighting the importance of the Chelsea boss convincing Jorginho to stay.
Though, at this moment in time, with Sarri still out of work following his sacking from Juventus 2020 and with Napoli sticking with Gennaro Gattuso for now, there is little need for too much worry at Stamford Bridge.
