Tuchel breaks silence on United speculation
Thomas Tuchel has been touted as a possible United target as they look to appoint a permanent manager. With the ongoing uncertainty around Chelsea after Roman Abramovich was hit with sanctions by the UK government, the German is among the big names being linked with a Stamford Bridge exit.
Jamie Carragher has urged United to target the Chelsea boss as their search for a new boss continues. Although Erik ten Hag has emerged as United’s preferred candidate, Tuchel continues to be linked.

However, the former Paris Saint-Germain boss has insisted he 'loves' working for Chelsea and sees no reason to leave the club. “We have plenty of reasons to stay in the moment here and that's what we're doing,” Tuchel said in his press conference ahead of the Blues' FA Cup tie with Middlesbrough.
Ten Hag has already outlined plan for United’s youth team
While the senior side have endured a dismal season, United’s youth team have shown there could be brighter times ahead. Travis Binnion’s side booked their place in the final of the FA Youth Cup earlier this month as they look to end United’s 11-year wait for another crown.
The likes of Alvaro Fernandez, Alejandro Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo, Isak Hansen-Aaroen and Charlie McNeill have all impressed during the U18s’ run to the final. The question now is, will they get their opportunity to impress under the senior side's new manager?
Ten Hag looks to be the frontrunner to take over at Old Trafford in the summer. And the 52-year-old has already made clear his commitment to offering youth a chance having enjoyed such great success at Ajax.
