Arsenal star Thomas Partey’s training tackle of captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has sparked a plea from fans.
The Gunners midfielder made his debut in the 1-0 loss to Manchester City lats weekend, coming off the bench.
Arriving from Atletico Madrid for £45m on transfer deadline day, the 27-year-old brings Champions League experience to the north London side.
And footage has emerged of the Ghanaian international showing the quality he offers in the latest training session.
In the clip, Mikel Arteta’s side are running a small game at London Colney ahead of their Europa League campaign getting started against Rapid Vienna.
Calum Chambers passes the ball to Aubameyang, making a run on goal with just the goalkeeper in his way.

But Partey is running on his blind side, quickly putting pressure on the Gunners captain.
He is able to shove the forward away before turning on the ball and getting play moving back towards goal.
All Aubameyang can do is smile as Partey feeds David Luiz on a forward run back into the opposition half.
This footage was shared on Arsenal’s official YouTube channel, where the Gunners faithful made their feelings about the midfielder clear.

“Start Partey against Leicester,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “We’re having a Partey – please start him.”
While a third suggested the new midfielder was on another level, with: “Can’t believe how Partey tracked down Auba – he is a monster in midfield.”
And a fourth added: “Strong body from Partey.”
A fifth sent a message to Arteta, with: “Let’s get the Partey started against Leicester on the weekend!”

With a sixth writing: “This is what Thomas Partey is all about – see how clean that is? Precise violence.”
And a final supporter simply said: “Play Partey next game.”
It comes as Granit Xhaka has revealed the impact of Partey on the squad since his deadline-day arrival.
