Thomas Partey drops huge Arsenal team news hint for Nottingham Forest amid Jorginho question

Thomas Partey has dropped a team news hint ahead of Arsenal's Premier League trip to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

The Gunners visit the City Ground later today knowing they must avoid defeat to keep their title ambitions alive. Victory in the Midlands will ensure they could head into the final day of the season with a chance of lifting the trophy, though Man City remain firm favourites to do so.

Should Arsenal lose to Steve Cooper's side, City will be crowned champions for a fifth time in six years. Forest can secure their top flight status for next season with victory over the Gunners, with them currently four points clear of the bottom three.

"Brilliant," Arteta said when asked about the job Cooper has done. "They made so many changes and I’m sure he found it difficult with the amount of signings that they had, but the club stood patient.

"With what they did the year before, everything he’s done before and keeping the unity around the place. Big credit to him and the team."

Arteta is expected to go strong for the trip to Nottingham, but will be without trio Oleskandr Zinchenko, William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli. It's likely we will see some changes from the XI that lost 3-0 to Brighton last week, with midfield one area that could alter.

Martin Odegaard, Jorginho and Granit Xhaka took up the places in the middle of the park last time out, but Partey could restore his place in Arteta's side and start for the first time since the loss to Man City.

The midfielder posted a pre-match graphic preview on his Instagram story. Partey could be in contention to replace Jorginho as Arsenal's holding midfielder after the Italian struggled against Brighton.
