Brentford manager Thomas Frank has sent young Bees fan Woody O'Rourke a video message in the wake of the pair's shared celebrations following Friday night's historic victory over Arsenal.
The young Brentford supporter was a regular at home games at old ground Griffin Park before the pandemic ensured fans were not permitted to attend fixtures.
However, with all restrictions now off, Woody is expected to continue where he left off in the new Brentford Community Stadium.
After the full-time whistle blew during Friday night's memorable win over the Gunners, Frank completed a lap of the pitch along with his players to applaud the home faithful for their efforts during the game.
Mid-way round the pitch, Frank spotted Woody at the front of the terraces and immediately sprinted over to him to let out a huge cheer to celebrate the victory.
More recently, Frank has sent the youngster a video message from the Brentford training ground before their next Premier League clash away at Crystal Palace.
Frank said: "Hi Woody, thank you so much for your support, it means the world to me, to us, to Brentford that you support us and cheer us on.
"It was fantastic to see you on Friday night and we will do everything we can to continue this journey together."
The clash against the Gunners marked Brentford's first game in the top-flight of English football since 1947, their last game 74 years ago coincidentally also coming against Arsenal.
The hosts outfought and outclassed their visitors, with Brentford's Sergi Canos notching their first ever Premier League goal to put them in front, before Christian Norgaard headed home from close range in the second half to wrap the tie up as a contest.

After the game, Frank yet again praised the fans: "Everyone who was in the stadium today will never forget this. I am proud to be part of that.
"I have such a big belief in this school of players, this team. I just had this feeling that I would be disappointed if we didn’t beat them (Arsenal)."
"I think we deserved to win the game. The fans were electric, they created an unbelievable atmosphere."
