This West Midlands shopping centre is offering a small business owner a free unit next to Marks and Spencer, River Island and New Look

A shopping centre which boasts tenants including Odeon, Primark, H&M and New Look is offering one lucky business owner the chance to take on a unit for free.

The £100 million Riverside shopping centre, in Stafford, is currently home to a variety of popular big-name brands - such as Marks and Spencer, River Island and Nando's.

Now small business owners are being urged to apply for a unit at the centre by filling in an online form and stating why they want to open a business in Stafford.

An advert on the shopping centre's website said: "Are you a small business owner, entrepreneur or just have a great idea? Fancy opening a store at Riverside for free? Submit your application at stafford-riverside.co.uk/letsgrow."

The offer is part of the centre's Grow initiative which is providing small business owners with the chance to set-up shop inside the busy shopping destination from Spring 2020.

The closing date for applications is Sunday, November 10.
