Since Halloween is over, it's officially Christmas season for those who like to enjoy the holiday spirit for as long as possible. Many streaming services added a few new Christmas titles on Nov. 1, to get a start on the season (honestly, we need the cheer). So check out some choices for just-added family-friendly early Christmas selections, listed by streaming service.

— "Disney's A Christmas Carol": There are many, many cinematic versions of Charles Dickens's 1843 novel. New to Disney+ in November is Robert Zemeckis' 2009 3D animated version. Jim Carrey leads an all-star cast, starring as Ebenezer Scrooge and the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.
HBO Max
