This viral McFlurry hack is a 'game changer' for cookie dough lovers

Sweet-toothed Brits were beyond excited when they found out Asda is stocking Ben and Jerry's cookie dough.

According to Manchester Evening News, each bag of the treats costs £3.99 and can be found in the freezer section.

After the launch, it didn't take long for foodies to come up with their own hacks and different ways to eat the cookie dough chunks.

However, one idea thought up by Instagram page Newfoodsuk has gone viral and will change the way you eat McDonald's McFlurries.

With the caption "name a better combo", they suggest combining a plain McFlurry with the cookie dough chunks for your very own cookie dough ice cream.

So far, the post has received over 5,000 likes with more than 600 people flooding the comments.

One user commented: "Brilliant combo".

Another praised the concoction, writing: "Genius idea".

A third Instagram user wrote: "We need to do this!"

"Game changer!" One excited user wrote.

However, one person was confused by the idea, saying it is similar to the original Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice cream that already exists.

Newfoodsuk pointed out: "McFlurry is a completely different type of ice cream and has a different consistency."
