This top rated ultrasonic animal repellent is keeping deer, racoons, and squirrels out of backyards thanks to one special feature – and it's 40% off, but not for long

Plants to deadhead in August.

Keeping on top of pest control can sometimes feel like a never-ending battle. I've tried and tested a wide range of hacks and tools to keep nuisance critters out of my flower beds, but they don't always prove to provide long-term protection. However, online shoppers have caught my attention with their raving reviews of this Amazon solar ultrasonic animal repellent. They say it's 'simple, effective, and reliable.'

Just when I thought my recent find of a ultrasonic mole repellent was good, this ultrasonic repellent proves to be even better. Not only does it emit sound to deter animals wreaking havoc, it also flashes strobe lighting. The result? Effectively discouraging the presence of deer, racoons, squirrels, chipmunks, and more.

It's rated five stars for its durability, low-maintenance nature, and ability to keep away a wide range of pests that destroy plants. Plus, you get two repellents at 40% off in the current deal, so it's a no-brainer that it's going straight in my shopping basket.

Why shoppers are choosing this ultrasonic repellent

This solar ultrasonic animal repellent with strobe lights has a 5-star rating with satisfied shoppers singing its praises:

'This isn’t one of those cheap plastic gadgets. It’s built well, and you can tell it’s meant to be outside long-term. I haven’t had any issues since using it,' one reviewer writes about the durability of the repellent.

Another customer adds: 'I’ve had this through wind, dust, and all kinds of weather - it’s holding up great.'

Not only this, but the combination of strobe lighting and ultrasonic sound is proving to be an effective natural pest control method for a wide range of destructive animals.

'It’s been great at keeping squirrels and deer out of my vegetable patch,' one reviewer notes. '[It] stays on, no matter the weather, and works quietly in the background,' they add.

If you do have a kitchen garden and you're nervous about potential pests helping themselves to your harvest, shoppers say this solar ultrasonic animal repellent is doing a good job at keeping crops safe.

'I placed this near my tomato plants, and no more chewed leaves or knocked-over pots. Works better than I expected, and the build feels solid,' one shopper writes.

Another bonus is that it isn't disruptive to humans, unlike some ultrasonic repellents which emit a constant, repetitive noise:

'It's not noisy, doesn't bother people, and only emits ultrasonic waves when animals come,' says a satisfied customer.

The installation is also easy, with spikes to insert in the ground.

I'm personally struggling to find a downside to this solar ultrasonic animal repellent, especially considering you get two for just $49.99 in the current sale.

Without the discount, it may be a little bit pricey at $82.99, but undoubtedly an investment worth making if you're struggling to get rid of squirrels or keep deer away from plants.

Of course, you may also find these repellents a little unsightly, as they sit above surface level. However, I plan to hide mine among my planting so it isn't too visible, but will still have sunlight exposure for solar charging.

Pair your ultrasonic animal repellent with other non-toxic pest control tools

It's always best to combine pest control methods for a more effective approach. For example, if you have specific plants being attacked, try sprinkling spices that deter common garden pests around it.
