The Chrono Cross soundtrack is legendary, and it’s finally receiving some (long overdue) attention.
We’re still several weeks away from Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition’s release date, but fans can already check out its rearranged soundtrack. On Thursday, Square Enix released snippets from several tracks, and to nobody’s surprise: there are loads of bangers.
It’s not all that shocking, though. Yasunori Mitsuda, the original composer of Chrono Cross, has scored several seminal RPGs. From classics like Mario Party, Xenogears, and Bomberman 64 to modern-day hits like Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Plus, he also co-wrote Chrono Trigger’s score with Nobuo Uematsu.

Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition will release for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and Steam on April 7, 2022.
