As we say goodbye to lockdown and hello to old friends being able to come visit, it's never been more important to have some really good cocktail recipes to hand.
That's why we were thrilled when Stephanie Shen, who previously shared her creations Atypically Tiki and Super Split, sent in a brand new summer beverage: Taking Back Sundae.
Stephanie tells us this one is "Inspired by banana splits, but fancy!" It uses the incredibly more-ish Dubliner Whiskey & Honeycomb liqueur, which you can pick up from the Dublin Liberties Distillery online shop - be warned though, it's almost too delicious...
