Kylian Mbappe has admitted he is 'happy' at Paris Saint-Germain, but refused to pledge his long-term future to the club.
The 22-year-old grabbed the headlines yesterday evening after scoring four goals for France in a World Cup qualifier against Kazakhstan.
This result has ensured that Les Blues will be taking part in the 2022 tournament in Qatar, providing Mbappe with the opportunity to bounce back from a disappointing end to Euro 2020.
Mbappe was quizzed on his contract situation at PSG when speaking after last night's game, with his current deal set to expire next summer, though gave little away about his likely next step.
"I have spent five extraordinary years here [at PSG], I have taken advantage of every moment and I continue to do so. I am happy both on the pitch and in my personal life," he told Brazilian TV.
"Now there are many things, great challenges and I have already spoken about that.
"I'm here, I'm still here, I'm here this season."
The talented youngster has previously been linked to Liverpool and Real Madrid, and looked to set to be leaving the French capital in the summer after informing the club of his desire to leave.
Madrid attempted to take full advantage of the situation but failed with a second bid for Mbappe worth €200m (£171.7m) on transfer deadline-day. It has been reported that the Spanish giants then submitted a third offer, which was ignored.
The January transfer window is fast-approaching and, unless the former Monaco striker commits to PSG before the end of December, he will be free to negotiate with Los Blancos in January with a view to moving for free next summer.
