Crochet is synonymous with summer. Full stop. The technique involves using a hooked needle and a single thread to create interlocked looped stitches. Which naturally leaves a little breathing room, allowing for air circulation that's vital this time of year. Crochet is almost always trending, but we're currently not feeling wearing outfits completely constructed of the craft. We're in a crochet footwear mood.

Now you're probably thinking we're boxing ourselves in since that's a pretty specific window. There's actually a lot of variety. We're talking high heels, slides, espadrilles (OK, you might've expected that one), ballet flats, mules, Mary Janes and even thong sandals.
