Homes in Everton , Kirkdale and Birkenhead also appeared on the list of the 10 least expensive properties sold in our region in March.
Meanwhile, on the opposite end of the price scale, the most expensive house sold over the same period is nestled on one of Wirral's most desirable streets in the exclusive enclave of Caldy .
Situated on Kings Drive and named 'Tyneham', the Caldy home is set back from the road by a sweeping private drive.
Sold for an eye-watering £1,600,000 in March, this luxury home is well beyond the average house price on Merseyside.
Also making the most expensive properties list were homes on Argarmeols Road in Formby and Druids Park in Woolton , with properties in Childwall and Blundellsands also featuring.
The Land Registry lists the price paid for every property bought at market value - and the data also includes sales under a power of sale or repossessions, buy-to-lets and transfers to non-private individuals.
