This Morning viewers were not impressed on Friday when hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond struggled to keep a straight face during a phobia segment.
The duo welcomed Nik and Eva Speakman via video link to help with some viewers' unusual phobias, but they clearly weren't expecting the first caller's dilemma.
Lulu came on the line and revealed that she has a bad phobia of terracotta pots after being involved in a road accident with her father.
As Lulu explained what had happened to the Speakmans, Dermot and Alison could be seen smirking.
However, when Eva suggested to Lulu that the terracotta pot in the accident was also a "victim", Alison burst out laughing as Dermot put his head in his hands.
Despite Lulu also giggling on the phone, some viewers tuning in at home were not impressed with Dermot and Alison's reaction.
One person posted: "#ThisMorning poor caller Lulu with Alison and Dermot laughing at her stressing phobia. The show is going down the drain."
Another viewer tweeted: "Them sitting laughing at her isn't very presenter like? Why are these two on this show? #ThisMorning."
A third added: "Shame on @AlisonHammond and dermot for laughing through phobias. It's not funny . #ThisMorning."
However, others thought the moment was hilarious and loved seeing the pair laughing.
"Dermot is cracking me up #ThisMorning," one wrote, while another added: "Dermot trying not to laugh at someone that has a Phobia of Terracotta has absolutely made my day."
A third viewer posted: "The terracotta pot was a victim...heard it all now! Dermot laughing is the best thing! #ThisMorning."
Other phobias mentioned on today's show included a fear of wasps and a woman who is scared of crinkled up tissues.
