Holly Willoughby sent This Morning viewers into a frenzy during a mediation session on today's episode, as she bent over in front of a guest.
Will Williams - a beeja meditation expert - was treating Holly and her daytime TV co-host Philip Schofield to a spot of meditation while discussing the topic healthy living.
As Will was showing the duo easy ways to relax and unwind, including instructing them both to take some deep breathes with their eyes closed, he asked Holly to stand up.
He then began massaging down Holly's spine with his fists before asking her to slowly bend over - sending lots of viewers watching from home into a meltdown.
"If you start bending forward", Will said while explaining the benefits, "and because your nervous system runs through your spine, it really loves being woken up with this experience.
"This will release loads of endorphins and just loosen everything up."
Will continued to massage Holly's back until she had lifted herself all the way back up again.
Shortly after Holly admitted that she felt a little "light-headed" after Will's treatment.
Fans at home couldn't contain their laughter at what had just happened and took to social media to share their hysteria.
One viewer said: "Is this guy being serious or did he just want to get Holly to bend over? #thismorning "
This Morning even joked about the TV moment on its Twitter account, posting a GIF of Holly and Will with the caption: "The things you'll only see on Daytime TV!"
"Hahaha as if Holly bent over for him #Thismorning ," another viewer posted.
Another viewer quipped: " #ThisMorning can I do Holly's back next please?"
