This Morning viewers were left stunned by an "awkward" interview today with 81-year-old Iris and her 36-year-old boyfriend.
The pensioner met her young lover, Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham, on Facebook and within a matter of weeks, the Egyptian national had professed his love.
Iris arranged to fly over to Cairo to meet him in person - despite her family and friends raising concern about the relationship.
Popular guest Iris first appeared on This Morning back in January, where she spoke of her dream to marry Mohamed and left presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield stunned after detailing their sex life.
Today, Iris and Mohamed appeared via video link to share their story with the This Morning presenters - and viewers at home.
Iris said: "I never believed in a true love but when I met Mohamed, I knew it was a true love."
Phil asked Mohamed: "Why do you need to get married?"
Mohamed said he wanted to marry Iris because it was traditional to be married, but was keen to add he was well travelled and had taken many business courses, saying: "I don't need anything from Iris."
Mohamed also said he didn't like being referred to as a "toyboy" because in his country, it suggests it's a game when their "relationship is not a game."
Iris said Mohamed was unimpressed with how "graphic" she had been in her original This Morning interview, with Mohamed laughing and apologising to Holly and Phil during the segment.
But the presenters said there was no need for any apologies because they love Iris.
Iris confirmed the couple are still trying to marry, with Iris adding she may even write to Boris Johnson.
Holly quipped: "He might be a bit busy right now."
When the interview finished, Phil said: "I think we got a bit of a telling off there."
