This Morning viewers disgusted as Holly and Phil chow down on tomato ketchup chocolates

This Morning viewers were left in disgust as presenters Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield tried some tomato ketchup flavour chocolates.

The hosts were joined by presenter Steve Wilson to show viewers some of the creative Valentine’s Day gifts on the market.

One of the items shown was a box of Fortnum and Mason X Heinz tomato ketchup truffles.

Fortnum and Mason says the chocolates are "unexpectedly delicious" and are a "confectionery innovation".

The £19.95 truffles even come in a range of milk, white and dark chocolate and are all filled with tomato ketchup-flavoured ganache.

But This Morning viewers were sickened after Holly and Phil delved into the unusual treats.

The pair both squirmed as they munched on the truffles, with Phil shouting: “What the hell were they thinking?”

Holly then ate another chocolate to "get rid of the taste" of the strange truffles.

One viewer said: “Some **** will pay £19.95 for that!!!”

Another wrote: “Tomato ketchup truffles?! #ThisMorning”

“I’ve got some brown sauce chocolate eggs... at only £19.99 each, if anyone wants one #ThisMorning,” said another disgusted fan.
