This Morning set for huge presenting shake-up with no Holly Willoughby, Phillip Schofield, Ruth Langsford or Eamonn Holmes

This Morning is set to undergo a huge change next week, with a whole host of new presenters.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are still on holiday and Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes presented their last show on Friday August 28.

Ruth and Eamonn have presented the show for the past six weeks while Holly and Phil enjoy their usual summer break - reports the Manchester Evening News.

The married couple were emotional as their summer came to an end and viewers at home also said how much they'd miss them.

Next week will see lots of different presenters on the show, as Holly and Phil aren't back until later in September.

Viewers will see This Morning's Rochelle Humes hosting with Alison Hammond again for a 'girl power' Bank Holiday Monday before welcoming new guest host Vernon Kay.

Vernon will front the show with Rochelle for the first time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, before Rochelle reunites with Alison again on Friday.

Alison’s regular Friday co-host Dermot O’Leary will also host part of the end of the week show live from Manchester, where he will be based in preparation for Soccer Aid on September 4.

Speaking ahead of her guest hosting stint, Rochelle said: "I'm so looking forward to hosting with the wonderful Alison Hammond again. I also can’t wait to welcome Vernon Kay into the This Morning family!"

Whilst newcomer, Vernon said: "This Morning is the daytime go to show, so to be asked to guest host on a show I’ve watched since its inception is a huge tick for me.

"I’m really looking forward to working with Rochelle and sitting on that famous sofa."

Phillip and Holly will return to front the ITV show from Monday, September 6, at 10am.

*This Morning continues at 10am on ITV on Monday
