This Morning's Rylan Clarke shows off dramatic transformation

TV presenter Rylan Clarke has revealed his dramatic body transformation in a post on social media.

The 33-year-old This Morning host posed for a snap on Instagram with a toned and tanned six-pack.

Giving a smoldering look into the lens of the camera, Rylan thanked personal trainer Scott Harrison and his 'Six Pack Revolution' workout.

In the caption, he said: "Thank you @iamscottharrison for sorting me out . 1st wave done. Tomorrow we start 2nd x @thesixpackrevolution"

The plan included a complete overhaul of Rylan's diet to help him "eat his way to a six-pack" as well as a series of exercises to improve his core muscles.

The former X Factor contestant has only completed the first wave of the fitness regime and hopes to build more muscle and definition.

People couldn't believe the difference and commented on the topless photo, Rylan's It Takes Two co-presenter Janette Manrara said: "Well…. My tv husband is looking gooooooooooooood."

Presenter Ruth Langsford said: "Wow!"

Chef and food writer Romy Gill added three flame emojis, while sports presenter Gabby Logan said: "Looking hot Rylan."

Strictly Come Dancing celeb, Aj Odudu said: "Go on."

Professional dancer Ian Waite said: " Amazeballs! New Year! New You! Go go go darling."

On December 31, Rylan looked back over a turbulent year, with a break from both his career and social media following a painful split from long-term partner Dan Neal.

Feeling glad to see the back of the year, Rylan shared his thoughts with his fans and followers.

He took to Twitter on New Years Eve to bid farewell to the year.

Rylan wrote: "2021, off you go dear" as well as sharing a gif of a man slinging some rubbish into the bin.

His fans sent messages of support and well wishes for the New Year ahead as replies to his tweet.

One user said: "2022 is going to be better, Rylan. You’ve got this."

His fans were also supportive when Rylan felt he needed to take a break earlier in the year, after the end of his long relationship with former police officer Dan Neal.

Not long after the breakup, the former X-Factor contestant said that he was "in a bad place" and that he was "seeking help."

He pulled out of a number of radio and TV appearances, and stopped posting on social media for some time after the split.

However, he seems to be happier now with recent celebrations for his 33rd birthday.

He also got rid of his veneers which he had had for eight years, and replaced his smile with a more natural look.
