Phillip Schofield is said to be worried that Holly Willoughby will quit This Morning over an agent dispute.
Last month it was reported that Holly, who has been presenting the long-running ITV show with Phillip since 2009, was preparing to go to court with her former management company, who wanted a stake of her earnings despite no longer representing her.
Sources even claimed that Holly would consider walking away from This Morning if she was left with no other option.

And Heat are now reporting that Phillip, who also hosts Dancing on Ice with Holly, is concerned what will happen if she's forced to quit the daytime programme.
An insider told the publication: "He will totally respect her decision as he adores her, but selfishly, he doesn't want her to go, as she has been such big support since he came out as gay - and he worries if the audience will accept a different co-host with him."
The source added: "And although he's begging her not to leave him, she knows ultimately she has to do what's right for herself, and her own career and livelihood."
Holly, who turned 40 earlier this year, is said to have tried to reassure Phillip, but he is fearful of what might happen and wants her to take time to fry and sort things out.

Last year Phillip reduced Holly to tears as he spoke about what a big support to he'd she'd ben during an appearance on The One Show.
On the subject of his coming out interview with her live on This Morning, Phillip said: "She's such a wise person, she's got such a calm, sensitive aura to her.
"Everyone at home was saying, 'It'll be ok, it'll be ok', and Holly was saying 'It'll be fine.'
"She was the only one who knew at work at that time. Then we sort of had to figure out how to do something like that."
