Usually TV hosts try to remain impartial when discussing issues in the news - well, most of the time.
But Phillip Schofield was in no mood to sugar coat his thoughts on Donald Trump’s recent comments on injecting bleach into the skin as a potential way to ‘cure’ coronavirus.
The This Morning presenter branded the President of the United States as ‘stupid’ and slammed his words as ‘dangerous’, after they left many Americans confused over whether there was any truth in them.
Trump said during the press conference: "I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or cleaning?

“As you see, it gets in the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."
Trump has since backtracked and said that he was being “sarcastic” - but that did not stop our Schofe from laying into him during a segment today offering advice about disinfectant and how to use it.
Phil said: "It's incredible to think that anybody who stands in front of that mighty White House sign could be so stupid.
"Since then the American president has defended his comments calling them sarcastic - even though they were unbelievably dangerous.
"But despite the shocking remarks, how should you use disinfectant effectively and safely during lockdown?"
Phil then introduced Alice Beer on the show via videolink to demonstrate the proper way to use bleach when cleaning your home.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
