Lisa Snowdon made a dig at Josie Gibson after a technical gaffe on Monday's This Morning.
When the model, 49, appeared on the show to introduce the competition, presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield couldn't hear her as her microphone appeared to be broken.
Phil asked her if she had accidentally got the mic wet in the hot tub she was sitting in, and Lisa said she hadn't as she is more professional than fellow presenter Josie, 36.
This Morning viewers were shocked by the comment, calling it "awkward".
It started when Holly and Phil cut to Lisa, who had been hosting from a hotel in Surrey, where she was stood outside in her dressing gown.
Lisa said: "Hello Phil and Holly, I'm living my best staycation life here at the Runnymeade hotel on the banks of the River Thames."
She picked up a drink from the bar and sipped on it as she made her way to the hot tub.
The camera then cut to a video of all the details of the competition and Lisa could just about be heard talking through a muffled microphone.
"Have we lost the sound?" Phil asked.
The camera then cut to Lisa back in the jacuzzi, who asked: "Can you hear me?"
"Yes we can hear you now!" Phil answered. "You didn't take your mic in there did you?"
Lisa said: "Oh, whoops! No I haven't, I promise.
"I'm a professional, unlike Josie, can I just add?"
Phil bit his lip when she made the comment, but Lisa continued to say that the microphone was away from the jacuzzi.
She added: No the microphone is very much down there, it did not get wet."
Lisa didn't clarify why she made the comment about Josie, and continued to give the details of the competition.
Viewers were baffled by what she said and took to Twitter to point it out.
One tweeted: "This wasn’t awkward at all. Lost the sound, and then called Josie unprofessional."
"Did Lisa Snowdon just say she's professional, unlike Josie?! #ThisMorning," another posted.
"Lisa's mic has gone up the swanny," a third said, followed by a string of cry laughing emojis.
Another thought she must have got the microphone wet, saying: "Think this might have happened if she's taken her microphone in her little jacuzzi."
