Running around after a toddler isn't easy, and for This Morning star Josie Gibson, it was almost impossible.
The TV favourite was struggling to keep up with her three-year-old son Reggie, who she shares with property developer ex-boyfriend Terry.
While Josie is stunning at any size, she vowed to lose weight to assist her energy levels and dropped a whopping 10lbs in under a month after overhauling her lifestyle.
She saw rapid results after joining WW, formally known as Weight Watchers, in a bid to shed some pounds after tipping 17 stone on the scales.
The 36-year-old, who covered for Holly Willoughby on Tuesday, transformed herself from a size 20 to a size 14 after she gained weight during lockdown.
Lifting the lid on her weight loss, Josie admitted that she’s proud of herself for managing to stay motivated amid the ongoing pandemic.

"I'm down 10 pounds already. I'm quite big so obviously, it comes off quicker," she told The Sun.
After making the decision to ditch ‘stodgy’ foods from her diet and replace them with healthier choices, the former Big Brother champion has never felt better.
"I couldn’t keep up with Reggie – it was embarrassing. I remember running through Bath trying to catch him, so I did it to make me a better mum. I can catch him now and I feel more healthy, I’ve got more energy," she told OK!.
"My skin, outlook and brain is better, too. I can do more active things with Reggie now. We run round the park, we have bought a stand-up paddleboard and we’ve been going on camping trips. We still have our naughty treats, though. We have just been to Cornwall, so we had our cream teas!"
The bubbly reality TV star had vowed to lose weight after she confessed that she couldn’t remember the last time she felt ‘sexy’.
Josie previously admitted that her biggest vice is bread, and throughout lockdown she had been allowing herself to indulge in anything she fancied to comfort herself.

As well as WW, the much-loved TV star took up yoga and HIIT sessions in a bid to get herself back on track.
In April, Josie confirmed she had lost a whole stone and had a new target - to be a size 12.
"So I've lost over a stone now and I just enjoy it, I'm enjoying cooking healthy and enjoying – we all go out to this virtual walk, Walk to Wellness, and there's a lovely community," she explained.
"I would like to be a size 12/14. I don't wanna be really skinny because I can't, it'll kill me to get there and, say, a large 12 and be fit."
She continued to OK!: "I would love to start running, everyone's got this running buzz!"
But Josie has been clear that she loves herself and her body and she isn't obsessing over a number on the scale, just about how she feels day to day.
"Self-love is definitely something I've had to learn, I've got better at it over the years," she told Fabulous.

"I’ve got such a newfound respect for my body and all that it does for me, it’s amazing. You can easily hate yourself and your body, when you’re in that downward spiral it’s hard to get out of.
"Now I just thank my body for everything it does do for me - whether that's my hands and legs for working, or how I created this monster [Reggie]."
Back in 2012, Josie famously went down from a size 20 to a size 8 after seeing unflattering photos of herself at the beach.
Four years later, she had surgery to remove excess skin that remained from the weight loss.
In 2019, she shifted two stone in just 12 weeks - but gained it back again in the following years.
Unfortunately, Josie has been subjected to trolls on social media who cruelly remark on her body, driving her off Twitter completely at one point.
She hit back at a nasty social media user who branded her "absolutely vile".
The troll tweeted: "I don’t mean to be rude but @Josietweet is absolutely vile. It breaks my heart when I look at how fat she has gotten again."
In her usual kind fashion, Josie responded: "But you are being rude, so you do mean to be rude. Don’t let my weight gain break your heart, honestly, there is so many more things in the world to care about that really do matter."
A few weeks later, Josie decided to take a break from social media as she struggled with the negative comments.
"Right I am off my phone and social until the 13th Jan so if I don’t reply I’m not being rude," she tweeted on 7th January.
"I just keep finding myself on my phone and reading into all the negativity and it’s not healthy for anyone.
"I actually feel like Al because I’m on my phone so much it’s disturbing."
