Josie Gibson was left shaken on Friday's This Morning when she fell straight into stinging nettles live on air.
The always enthusiastic presenter broadcast live to the studio from a mystery location as she got ready to surprise a viewer by playing a game of Dosh on Your Doorstep.
As Josie crept across shot to the Pink Panther theme, it was all going well for the former Big Brother winner until she suffered an almighty stumble and went head first into the nettles.
Back in the studio, This Morning colleague and pal Alison Hammond exclaimed: "Oh babes! Are you alright?" as Dermot quipped: "Is there stingers in there Josie?"
Trying to laugh it off but clearly in pain, Josie shouted back: "It was a stinger! A stinger!"
As Dermot shouted to her to get a dock leaf, Alison urged the camera operator to go off Josie to give her some time to recover.

Josie's nettle stings weren't mentioned when Alison and Dermot returned to her to reveal that she was somewhere in Weston Super Mare to surprise a viewer at their home.
She did look like she'd dusted off her stumble and she ploughed on with the game but she had viewers' sympathies.
Josie's nettle encounter came a week after she called for a pay rise from This Morning bosses after they made her ride a rollercoaster at Thorpe Park that went upside down ten times!
When it finally came to an end, a dishevelled Josie said: "I tell you what Dermot, that was awful!
"I think that's the last of me on rollercoasters."
