This Morning's Josie Gibson falls in lake in epic fail

Josie Gibson fell from an assault course into a lake this morning as a shocked Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield looked on.

Josie appeared on screen to present the show's competition, telling viewers how they could win some cash.

But as she explained the details and moved across the course, Josie fell straight in.

She floundered in the water and said: "That wasn't meant to happen, I'm sorry.

"My mic pack is on my back and it's really expensive."

Josie tried to get back up onto the course as Holly said: "Are you alright Josie? What is happening?

"Josie are you ok?"

Josie was hauled up back onto the assault course by a staff member, as Holly and Phil collapsed into laughter back in the studio.

Josie said: "My sound man is so angry with me right now, I'm so sorry."

Holly continued to laugh and said: "I think that was maybe my favourite Josie moment ever."

Holly and Phil left Josie to recover but continued to laugh about it in the studio as Holly said: "He nearly sat on her head when he was pulling her out."

And viewers at home were also left in stitches, with many of them commenting on the incident on social media.

Vic said: "It was bound to happen at some point, Josie is the gift that keeps on giving."

Diane Baker said: "Omg @Josiestweet is hilarious that was brilliant can’t stop laughing, actually keep rewinding it."

Lewis said: "Absolutely love @Josiestweet she never fails to make me laugh."

And Hayley said: "omg I can’t stop laughing."
