This Morning host Holly Willoughby has shared her genius trick she uses on baby bumps to determine the baby's sex - and revealed she's right every time.
Alongside her co-host Phillip Schofield, Holly welcomed their producer Sarah Mott's new baby, and Holly claimed he had continued her 100% streak in correctly guessing the sex of the baby.
Holly, who has three children with her husband of 13 years, Dan Baldwin - Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and Chester, six, said: "We are pleased to say that Jacob's arrival has kept my record of predicting the gender of team's babies at one hundred percent!
"I was right again! All in the hands."
"You did it again!" said a stunned Phil.
"If you are at home, and you're pregnant, and thinking, 'I want to know how to do this', use the shape of your hand," said Holly.
Demonstrating, she continued: "If it dips in to that exact same thing on the side, it's a boy, if it goes out, even just a tiny bit, it's a girl.
"Let me know if that works at home for you, let me know!"
Phil remarked: "Well, you are 100%! You've been doing it for years."
Holly recently announced she has penned a book, Reflections, a collection of "thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty".
The book - available October 28 2021 - will contain reflections from Holly's life as well as "little pieces of me."
She vowed to "share her truths" between the covers of the book, and is her "celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony."
Holly wrote to her fans: "Hello! This is a message I've been looking forward to sending... I've been working on a very special project - a book!
"Writing is such a personal process and between these pages you will find many little pieces of me...
"The book is called Reflections and is essentially thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty.
"We live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had here but true beauty comes from within…"
She added: "...there is an alignment that needs to happen and finding that balance hasn't always felt so easy.
"Now, I'm finally at a point in my life where I can see a little more clearly and I want to share my truths in the hope that maybe they'll help you too."
