This Morning's Holly Willoughby goads Spin to Win callers as they miss out on £3,000

Holly Willoughby goaded This Morning callers who failed to answer their phones for Spin to Win, as they missed out on a jackpot of £3,000.

Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield were joined by a special guest on Wednesday's show - Holly's 15 week old puppy Bailey - who was rather surprisingly, very calm throughout rather than causing the chaos that many would have expected.

Speaking of chaos, the ITV show's very own game show, Spin to Win, has a habit of going wrong, with callers either failing to give the correct pass phrase or answer the phone at all.

And it was the latter that disrupted play on Wednesday as every caller that Phillip and Holly attempted to get in touch with failed to pick up.

After they became more and more frustrated with the lack of co-operation from viewers who clearly forgotten they'd entered the competition, the presenters explained that they would still spin the wheel, but whatever it landed on the prize would roll over.

As luck would have it, the wheel stopped on the highest prize possible - £3,000 - and looking down the camera and addressing the callers who all failed to answer their phones, said: "See Richard, Joy and Maxine, if you'd answered you could have won £3,00.!"

Equally frustrated with the unresponsive callers as Holly, one annoyed viewer tweeted: "Omg EVERY DAY since the beginning and still no call...so frustrating when they don’t answer! Please be us tomorrow."

Another posted: "year and half later and the waiting still goes on for my call and watching the muppets that enter and don’t play, why why why enter," and a third posted: "Ive been entering since the beginning im ALWAYS IN AND NEVER CALLED."
