This Morning's Holly Willoughby broke down in tears after Kate Garraway revealed she is "shattered all the time".
Good Morning Britain star Kate, 54, has been caring for her poorly husband Derek Draper since he returned home from battling Covid in hospital.
The TV star has been keeping everything together for the sake of her beloved husband and their two kids - Darcey, 15, and William, 12 - but it has also been a challenging time for her.
Kate made an appearance on the daytime show to talk about her ITV documentary Finding Derek, which has been nominated for a National Television Award.
When asked by Holly how she feels as she is taking a lot on all at once, Kate admitted she "she's probably not on track" and is "shattered all the time".
Kate confessed that while she is extremely grateful her husband is here, she does sometimes feel "lonely".
The brave presenter, whose wedding anniversary to Derek is tomorrow, urged fans to get the Covid vaccine to protect themselves and others.
She said: "You don't want to go through what Derek's gone through, you don't want your children to go through what Bill [William] and Darcey have gone through.
"If getting vaccinated makes the symptoms that you get and the effect of Covid on you or someone else better, then it kind of seems like a no brainer to me."
In response, Phillip told her: "You are a remarkable woman, thank you so much for talking to us. Lots of love to you and your family."

As he spoke to Kate, emotions started to run high as Holly went silent and started sobbing.
"Sorry Kate," Holly whispered.
Kate then noticed Holly was upset, telling her: "Please don't cry, I don't want to make everybody miserable."
"You've done so well," Holly tearfully added.
"Sorry Holly, I want to hug you. You'll make me cry now," Kate reassured her.
Over on Twitter, fans were left tearing up at the emotional chat.
One person wrote: "Bless Kate Garraway on #thismorning powerful interview. #getvaccinated."
"Holly nearly teared up yesterday. Couldn’t not today talking to Kate. She’s so caring and has so much empathy. Such a sweetheart," a second shared.
And a third wrote: "Kate is an amazing lady, so brave!"
