This Morning's Phillip Schofield was flabbergasted when a Spin the Wheel player was unable to answer a question.
Claire, from Brighton, won £800 in the popular game and as has become the norm, she was asked a question to win a bag of This Morning "shizzle", as Phil often describes it.
Claire was asked which famous Royal had appeared on the show before the advert break.
Falling silent, presenters Holly and Phil couldn't believe Claire didn't know the answer.
Claire stammered on the phone, before admitting she hadn't "watched that bit".
Shocked, Phil said: "You weren't watching? It was a 15 minute interview."
Claire said: "I had to do something with my children..."
But Phil hit back: "That's not an excuse."
Holly said: "Why don't you have a guess?"
The popular presenter gave Claire a series of clues about the Duchess of Cambridge's interview, telling the player it "obviously wasn't the Queen" and adding it had been a female member of the Royal family.
Phil then said "The duchess of...?"
Claire then said: "Kate Middleton?
Phil answered: "That'll do - very informal for the Duchess of Cambridge."
The Duchess of Cambridge appeared on the popular morning show to talk about the launch of a new community photography project.
