This Morning's Holly and Phil 'break into a sweat' over Gino's rude innuendo-filled segment

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left wincing after Gino D'Acampo returned to the This Morning studio to cook for the first time in nine months.

Naughty chef Gino, 45, couldn't resist dropping a number of cheeky innuendo-filled remarks as he made a tiramisu.

It all began when Gino - in his thick Italian accent - suggested using "pitted cherries" in the dessert.

Holly misheard his comment, believing that he said "big t**s", and collapsed into tears of laughter.

Pretending to be entirely naive initially, Gino appeared to have an epiphany as waved about a pair of ladies fingers.

He exclaimed: "I just realised what I just said, I'm so sorry!"

But Holly wasn't buying it as she said: "No you're not!"

Gino then grabbed the pair of sponge fingers and suggesting "dipping them in and out" of the coffee liqueur, leading a pained Phil to put his head in his hands.

As Gino made even more ambiguously rude comments, Phil mimicked having a shovel in his hand.

"This is the longest two minutes of my life," Holly confessed. "I'm breaking into a sweat."

But fans found the whole moment hilarious, with one tweeting: "Thankyou so much Gino, Phil and Holly #ThisMorning the jeopardy of daytime telly, I needed that giggle xx."

While another commented: "Actually missed the recipe from laughing #ThisMorning @Ginofantastico."

A third wrote: "@thismorning #ThisMorning so many innuendos but omg 'BIG T**' did anyone else hear that?! Lol."

Another joked: "Gino doesn’t give a s*** #ThisMorning."

"I don’t even care if he’s doing it on purpose, I’m crying I’ve missed this! @Ginofantastico #ThisMorning," one quipped.
