This Morning host Alison Hammond was left re-faced during Monday's show after she accidentally called a guest by the wrong name.
The former Big Brother star made the epic blunder towards the end of a medical segment on the ITV programme.
Alison and her co-host Dermot O'Leary had invited Dr Sara Kayat onto the show via video link to discuss some recent health-related headlines.
As the chat came to an end, Alison said: "Doctor Zoe, thank you so, so very much," as Dermot quickly butted in: "Thanks Sara."
The camera then cut back to Alison who looked mortified as she asked Dermot: "Did I just say Zoe?" as he replied: "You said Zoe, you have Zoe on the mind."

Clearly feeling embarrassed, Alison then said: "I'm so sorry, she's on my mind, I don't know why. I'm so sorry Sara, apologies."
Luckily, Sara didn't seem too bothered about being mixed up with Doctor Zoe Williams, who regularly appears on This Morning as well.
Elsewhere on Monday's show, Dermot and Alison were in hysterics when one guest made a rather shocking comment about Boris Johnson's sex life.

Bev Turner and Matthew Wright appeared on the ITV show to discuss the latest headlines and of course they were keen to discuss the Prime Minister's shock wedding.
Boris, 56, married Carrie Symonds on Saturday 29 May in a secret ceremony at Westminster Cathedral - but Bev said she thinks the timing was awful.
When Matthew commented on the fact that the nuptials were dominating the newspapers, Bev said: "One might say that that may not be accidental because, of course, all the front pages are full of Carrie and her slightly oversized flower hat today, her crown."

"Meow!" Dermot replied. "She does look nice though, everything can’t be about what she’s wearing?"
"No, of course not but every time I see them I just think, ‘she has to have sex with Boris Johnson!'" Bev continued.
Her shocking comment caused Dermot, Alison and Matthew to burst out laughing, but it appeared to be nervous laughter.
"Like on a very trivial level, it just turns my stomach on that basic level, but on a more political level… I think the timing is just appalling," Bev added.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
