This Morning in chaos as gatecrasher screams in middle of 'royal love child' interview

This Morning descended into chaos as a random woman gatecrashed an interview with a man claiming to be Prince Charles' "secret son' today.

Simon Charles Dorante-Day, 55, appeared on This Morning from Brisbane to speak about his belief that he is the love child of Prince Charles and Camilla.

He also claimed that the royals had his eye colour and teeth changed as part of a big cover-up.

But as Phillip Schofield poured cold water on his claims - Simon was conceived in 1965 but Charles and Camilla reportedly first met in 1970 - everything went a little awry when royal biographer Robert Jobson was brought in.

Robert and Simon began speaking over one another as the interview became increasingly chaotic.

If that weren't enough, a woman near Simon began to shout something off-screen, later leaning towards the camera so her arm could be seen.

"Dunno who that was," Phil remarked casually as he tried to continue the interview.

As he tried to ask Simon what it was that he actually wanted, the woman could be heart shouting again.

She then randomly screamed: "Stop treating indigenous people like s***!"

Phil then shrugged saying that they would leave it there, adding: "That wasn't very royal, was it?!"

Holly tried not to laugh as she apologised for any "bad language" viewers had heard - but fans were in hysterics as they flocked to Twitter to comment.

One tweeted: "Best laugh of the day!"

While another wrote: "Phaaa what is this royal family story I’m crying - that lass shouting load of s*** has got me in stitches #ThisMorning."

A third wrote with a crying laughing emoji: "Well that was awkward..."

Another commented: "S***! Hahahahaha!!!!!!!! F***ing dying here!!!!! #ThisMorning."

"What the actual f! Holly can hardly keep a straight face! #ThisMorning," another quipped.

*This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
